My interview experience was supposed to be a simple Zoom-style setup, but it turned into a frustrating wait both times.

I scheduled a Zoom interview, joined the waiting room at the right time, and ended up sitting there for over thirty minutes while nobody from Kohl’s came on. I even called the local store to ask whether I should keep waiting, and the person I spoke with checked and told me they’d be right with me.

That same kind of no-show happened again later—another Zoom scheduled and another long wait where the interviewer never showed up and nobody seemed to have what was going on. When things finally moved, it still didn’t feel professional; I heard the news from a manager while the moment was happening
