Dodge City, KSPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a plant/production-aligned position through an HR screen, a hiring-manager Teams call, and then an on-site facility process with tour time.

HR recruiter screen (Wichita corporate office) — an initial screening call focused on fit and role basics.
Hiring manager + team (Teams) — a second-round video call with the hiring manager and additional stakeholders.
On-site interviews at the facility — for a specific production plant, I would have completed 2–3 on-site sessions with two people each.
Plant tour — I would also go through the production areas and ask questions while touring.
Outcome — no offer; the takeaway is that the process can include hands-on, facility immersion for plant-specific
