I faced a technical-leaning process that still ended up heavily scripted and misaligned with the actual platform/team needs, spanning several rounds over time.

Phone screen — a first individual technical check to gauge fit for a very technical role.
Technical interviews (remote/panel) — subsequent rounds in a panel style; questions often felt general about software development rather than specifics of the custom platform described in the job.
Culture / PBM (Principle-Based Management) — an in-person culture round using scenario-style questions tied to PBM.
Compensation discussion — a final conversation focused on compensation/CTC.
Outcome — no offer; I left with the impression the interviewers didn’t fully understand
