My experience was undermined early because the recruiter didn’t seem to understand the role or the process, even though the interviews themselves hadn’t progressed far.

Recruiter engagement — the recruiter was unapproachable and not fully aware of the job profile; there was no clear process or role clarity, and it seemed they hadn’t read the job description.
Outcome — no offer; the main takeaway was that the process felt poorly managed and hard to navigate. Outcome: No offer, with the takeaway to expect and require role-process clarity before investing time.
