Wichita, KSPosted Sep 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role across multiple subsidiaries in September 2019, with average difficulty and a variety of interview styles.

Interview at three subsidiaries — I did 40-minute interviews for each company.
Subsidiary-specific formats — one interview focused more on what my role would be and my interests; the other two included behavioral questions plus discussion of prior work and personal projects. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway is that expectations varied a lot by which subsidiary interviewed me.
