I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a difficult process in April 2021 that emphasized both teamwork dynamics and fit.

Round 1 (technical) — a technical evaluation based on the role and skills.
Round 2 (group decision + HR) — group discussion to assess communication and collaboration, plus an HR component.
Round 3 (final HR, implied) — the process positioned HR discussion as the last step. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the structure was clear about how they observed communication and group dynamics.
