I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with an easy, people-focused flow in September 2021, where the conversation stayed non-technical.

HR-style screen — I met two interviewers; the interview started with their introductions and mine, ran under the scheduled hour, and turned out to be an HR-focused conversation.
Single personality interview — another path had only one interview focused on personality and fair, straightforward questions. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, but both experiences felt pleasant and relatively simple.
