I had an interview sequence dominated by direct, work-related discussions with senior stakeholders, without heavy technical grilling.

Four 1-hour interviews — a total of four individual meetings, including the plant manager and the VP for health, safety, and environmental topics; each lasted about an hour with no additional follow-ups.
Engineering-led conversation — another early-stage interview with mechanical engineers (not hiring managers) covering accomplishments and what I knew about the company. Outcome: No offer reported; both experiences felt straightforward and content-focused rather than problem-solving based.
