I went through a more challenging or mixed-difficulty interview path that included technical questioning or a heavier half-day format, but I didn’t end up with an offer.

Phone interview (behavioral + technical) — I was asked both behavioral and technical questions, plus details about process flow and past equipment experience.
Half-day interviews — multiple interviews in a half-day, with a mix of panel and one-on-one conversations; accommodations were generous but getting around was harder due to construction. Outcome: No offer reported; the main takeaway is that difficulty jumped when technical or multi-interviewer formats appeared.
