I went through a well-structured three-round virtual interview that emphasized MBM principles and ended with an offer, though I ultimately declined.

HR screening (video/virtual) — MBM-centered behavioral questions and fit discussion.
Technical screening — still heavily oriented around behavioral patterning tied to MBM, rather than deep coding.
Final round: panel of interviews — four separate ~45-minute interviews with top technical professionals; more redundancy in repeated behavioral questions across calls. Outcome: I got an offer but had to decline due to another offer; overall the experience was excellent despite repeated questions.
