I interviewed with a strong emphasis on value/behavior expectations and an explicit evaluation of how self-driven I’d be once assigned to the project.

Virtue & talent assessment (V&T) — a structured evaluation intended to measure both technical strength and behavioral capability.
Behavioral + contribution orientation — I was assessed around how motivated I was to contribute and to be self-actualized.
Outcome — no offer; the takeaway was that success depended on aligning with their behavior and project-motivation expectations. Outcome: No offer, with the takeaway that V&T and contribution motivation were central.
