Wichita, KSPosted Feb 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an internal application interview sequence that was efficient and primarily behavior-based.

Manager intro + interviews — after applying internally, I met the team manager to align on expectations; within a week I received invitations for interviews.
Behavioral interviews — two interviews with three people total, using scenario-based questions about my past behavior and outcomes; I was encouraged to be humble about improvement areas. Outcome: No offer reported; the process was straightforward, unsurprising, and centered on how I handled prior scenarios.
