I applied and heard back quickly, usually with an initial recruiter touch first, then interviews that moved fast without feeling chaotic.

The whole flow felt streamlined: a first call to talk through fit, then an interview with an HR contact and/or the hiring manager, and sometimes a manager or role-focused conversation after that. Most of what I faced was practical and role-linked, with questions about my background in customer success, how I’d handle real situations, and why I wanted this position and company. At different points, the process included scenario-based pieces and even role play, which was a bit more thought-provoking than I expected going in.

The experience stood out for how professional and welcoming it felt.
