Klaviyo Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I had a deep dive with the hiring manager focused on my resume and experience, and it went really well—I felt engaged and the discussion felt thoughtful.

Then the process stalled. I didn’t hear back after the interviews, so I followed up once and still received no response. The lack of follow-through left me questioning whether the company’s culture claims matched reality.

I never received an offer, and the most lasting impression was how quickly something that seemed promising faded without any clear closure.
