My process felt long and a bit disjointed, but there was one part that stood out as genuinely enjoyable: the initial coding collaboration exercise.

The people involved were smart, and the work itself was interesting.

That said, the overall experience didn’t run smoothly. Some interviewers seemed not fully engaged, and it made the sessions feel uneven—like I wasn’t always being met with the same level of attention. It left me with the sense that the process could be more cohesive.

I didn’t end up getting an offer. The interviewers weren’t bad, but the lack of consistency in how people showed up was hard to ignore, and it overshadowed the best moment in the pipeline.
