Jackson, MSPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a quick run through of the office, starting with senior employees and moving down through early-career staff.

It was less like an interview and more like a way to understand the work model and see how the organization operated.

The format was informational rather than technical or heavily evaluative. I got a clear view of the environment they worked in, and the focus stayed on learning how things were structured.

I didn’t receive an offer. My honest reflection was that it was informative and calm, but it didn’t lead to a hiring decision on their side.
