After a recruiter conversation, I was moved to a longer discussion with a hiring manager.

That second interview ran deeper than the initial screen and still stayed pretty focused on fit—how I approached my work and how I saw myself doing the role. Overall it felt like a pretty standard, straightforward process rather than a stress-test.

What stood out most was how quickly it moved after the interview. I got the offer promptly afterward, which made the whole experience feel smooth and decisive. I left with the impression that they had already decided what they were looking for and just needed to confirm it with me.
