Before I even reached the live discussions, I went through an online assessment, and the structure was pretty clear to me: there was an aptitude component, an English compression/communication component, then a technical round, and finally an HR round.

Everything felt centered on basics, and the process made it obvious that they cared about core understanding.

The format included aptitude as well as English-focused compression and pseudo-code style questions. The experience pushed me to make sure my fundamentals were ready, especially because the evaluation seemed built around what I knew rather than trickier advanced material. After that, the communication and technical steps followed in sequence, and the whole flow felt straightforward and paced.
