I went through a selection process that had a clear structure and felt fairly manageable overall.

I started with an online assessment, then moved into TR and HR rounds. The difficulty matched what I’d call “fundamentals-first,” where knowing the basics of Java and SQL was enough to clear the gates.

My technical experience also leaned “easy to medium.” I had a couple of technical discussions where DSA and system design came up, and there were also Python questions involving FastAPI and related Python frameworks. I was also asked DB-focused questions, and the way it was framed made it feel like the key was being solid with core concepts rather than needing anything overly niche.
