This interview was tied directly to the team I would work with, and it included a tool test that came right after.

Before the interview itself, I was assigned an aptitude test alongside engineering questions.

The structure was less like a traditional conversation and more like a workflow: tool test first to gauge practical capability, then aptitude and engineering questions to evaluate foundational skills. It felt like the company was trying to quickly map my abilities to what the team needed. I didn’t receive an offer, and my honest reflection was that the process was very assessment-driven rather than focused on explaining my experience in depth.
