My process started with a screening round with HR, and then it quickly shifted into a sequence of multiple client rounds.

I remember being told they would arrange several client interviews—roughly five or six—after the initial HR screening.

Once a client selected me, the HR conversation turned into salary discussion where they mentioned moving my current pay by about 10%. What stuck with me most was how drawn out it felt overall; I honestly felt the company wasted a lot of my time by extending the client rounds even after the early stages were already completed.
