Itc Infotech Consultant interview experience

Got offer

Hard

Positive

BengaluruPosted May 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The experience felt smooth overall, and HR stood out as especially helpful.

I remember how supportive things were on the HR side, and the manager I interacted with was very nice. The team members also came across as cooperative, and the atmosphere was calm.

Work pressure was described as ok, and I liked that the company had a work-from-anywhere-in-India style policy, which was one of the things that stuck with me.

Even with the difficulty marked difficult, the process itself didn’t feel like it was stressful or chaotic. I didn’t receive an offer, but the way people treated me—especially HR and the manager—made it feel like a respectful, organized environment.
