The interview process felt smooth, but the wait time between rounds was what affected me.

Results took a long time for each stage, and that made the process drag rather than feel fast-moving.

I went all the way until the last round, but I wasn’t selected. The impression I got was that the interviewers were good and interacted nicely with candidates.

There was also a sense of intense competition: out of around 150 people from the first round, only about 10 moved forward. I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the slow result timelines made the uncertainty harder than the interviews themselves.
