My process felt easy and fairly streamlined.

It started with an aptitude test with MCQs, then moved into a technical interview, and finally an HR round. After that, if they liked what they saw, they requested documents for verification.

When documents were verified, the offer letter would follow after a few days, and then the joining letter would be emailed. The flow sounded simple and predictable, but in my case it still ended without an offer. What lingered most was how operational the later stages felt once you reached that point.
