PunePosted Nov 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was tougher than I expected.

There were two technical rounds, and clearing the first was what earned me a spot in the second. The second technical round was described as quite difficult and it was conducted by a client.

After completing both technical rounds, I moved into a managerial round. The managerial step was the next stage, positioned after the client-involved technical challenge.

Even with all that structure, I didn’t end up with an offer. The main reflection I had afterward was that the client round clearly carried a lot of weight, and the difficulty level felt genuinely high compared with what I’d anticipated.
