The process began with an HR call where they explained the open position and collected the required details.

After that call, the technical interviews were scheduled in a tiered way: first an L1 technical discussion, then—if I cleared that—an L2 interview with a manager.

Once those rounds were complete, the entity head joined to talk through operational details like which shifts I’d need to work. The whole journey felt fairly methodical—HR first for clarity, then technical screens, and finally the shift/role logistics at the end. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but I appreciated the structure and how each step seemed to lead into the next.
