My understanding of the process matched a pretty standard sequence: first there was an aptitude or coding round, then a technical interview that covered SQL and Java along with questions about projects.

After that came an HR round that focused more on communication, attitude, and cultural fit.

It felt relatively easy overall because the format was predictable. Having that clear flow helped me know what each stage was for as it unfolded.

Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the structure made the process feel orderly and not unnecessarily complicated. The HR stage in particular felt like they were looking at how I’d fit in, not just whether I knew the right answers.
