The process I went through started with an online application or referral submission, followed by HR shortlisting based on experience, skills, and project requirements.

After that, there was an HR screening call where I discussed my background, along with details like current and expected CTC, notice period, and work location preferences.

Once the HR portion was done, the technical rounds followed. They were conducted virtually, and the structure was described as one to two technical rounds on Microsoft Teams or Zoom, depending on logistics. The whole thing felt fairly standard and organized, and while I didn’t end up getting an offer, the sequence was clear about what each stage was for.
