My interview felt more elaborate than the simple four-step versions I’d heard about.

The structure depended on how I performed in the technical parts: if they felt I was strong, it ended up being a single technical round; if not, it could stretch into two technical rounds.

Eventually, there was a final round with a manager. That last stage was focused less on pure technical depth and more on how well I could converse—checking my conversation skills and how I came across in the discussion. It gave the whole process a different feel at the end, like they weren’t just scoring knowledge but also how I communicated under a more direct conversation setting.
