I went through a longer path with five rounds across both ITC and a client.

The process started with a video conference on MS Teams, then moved through a managerial round and an HR discussion. After that, I had a technical round on Zoom, and then another managerial round to finish.

The technical rounds felt of average difficulty overall, but the client managerial round shifted more into technical and situation-based questions. By the time I reached the end, the rounds felt structured and consistent, just more extensive than I expected. It took multiple interactions across roles, and that extra breadth was definitely the defining feel of the process.
