Sunnyvale, CAPosted Mar 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I started with a telephone screen with the hiring manager.

We went over my past work and then dug into a couple of technical problems. The conversation felt fairly standard: part background, part testing how I reasoned through issues.

Afterward, the manager said he would be speaking with other candidates, and that I would later be brought in for on-site interviews with them if things progressed. I never made it to that stage, so the overall feeling was more “held in limbo after a screen” than a clear path forward.
