Sunnyvale, CAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Early on, the scheduling felt quick and lightweight—there was a recruiter touchpoint, then a short follow-up interview that seemed geared toward checking fit.

In my case, I confirmed availability and moved straight into a technical screen on Zoom after coordinating times.

But once the initial stage was done, the process didn’t really move. I waited for updates that never came, and I ended up not progressing further. Even when I followed up, the communication didn’t give me anything concrete—just silence. At one point a scheduled call never happened, with no explanation or follow-up, and it left me staring at my calendar wondering what had happened.

In other parts of the process, I did at least receive an automated denial email after some waiting.
