Sunnyvale, CAPosted Jul 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through two phone screenings first, and they mainly focused on the projects I’d worked on and my internship experience.

After that, the process moved to an on-campus interview where I had four separate 30-minute 1:1 conversations. The interviewers had a relaxed attitude, which really helped take the edge off my nerves going in.

What stood out most was how well they kept me informed. My schedule had some last-minute changes, but they did a good job communicating so it didn’t feel chaotic. By the end of the day, I felt like the whole experience flowed naturally, and I’d had enough time in each conversation to explain my thinking.

Overall, it was the best interview experience I’d had up to that
