The process started like a lot of product pipelines: a standard phone screening, then a few interview rounds.

I felt excited throughout because the conversations seemed promising, and the opportunity genuinely looked interesting.

But after a final round, things abruptly ended with ghosting. I tried reaching out to people I met during the process and was ignored across the board, with no clear explanation. The uncertainty after investing time and energy was the worst part.

I never got an offer, and the reflection I had was that the recruiting experience lost credibility after the interviews ended—it felt like the relationship simply disappeared.
