Instacart Product Manager interview experience

A few weeks later I received a product challenge, and after I turned that in, I got an invite to an AI interview that I needed to complete within seven days.

It was a relatively compact journey once the challenge arrived, but the timing created a bit of pressure—there wasn’t much downtime between submitting the work and doing the AI step. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the main thing I’d remember was how the process pushed quickly from written output into an automated screening.
