My experience started with a recruiter screen that was almost too easy, and I remember the recruiter telling me I was moving on to the hiring manager call.

I sent my availability after that, and then the process just vanished.

After I offered times to schedule, Instacart went completely silent. I sent multiple follow-ups and never got a real response, which made the whole thing feel disorganized and unprofessional. It wasn’t that they rejected me outright—it was that they stopped engaging.

I never received an offer, and honestly the biggest takeaway was how quickly everything went from “you’re moving forward” to total radio silence. The lack of communication made it hard to trust that anything was actually in motion.
