My process moved pretty smoothly and quickly because they were trying to fill the position by a sales kickoff deadline.

I interviewed with four different people, including the VP of system engineers. The conversations leaned heavily toward how I ran meetings and my approach to sales—what my methods looked like and how I handled different types of people in the room.

There wasn’t much technical questioning during the interviews since they seemed to assume I already knew the product well. Overall it felt like a fit-and-execution conversation more than an exam, and the urgency to get someone onboard shaped the pacing of the whole thing.
