I interviewed quickly because the role needed to be filled fast, and the rounds were more sales-process focused than technical.

Onsite discussions with multiple interviewers — conversations with several people including a VP of system engineers.
Focus of questions — sales methods, how I handled meetings, and how I worked with different types of people; very little technical questioning since I knew the product. Outcome: I received an offer, and the takeaway was that for some roles at Infoblox, alignment on process and communication can outweigh deep technical questioning.
