I went through an interview flow that started with personality/IQ testing and then escalated through phone and a VP-level discussion before a final decision.

Personality & IQ test — an initial gate of personality and cognitive assessment.
Phone interviews — several phone discussions followed if I passed.
Face-to-face interview — an in-person round.
VP-level phone interview — a final phone conversation with a senior leader. Outcome: I received an offer, and the takeaway was that the process was sequential and gate-based from testing through leadership review.
