I got in touch after sending my CV, and the interview itself was a straightforward 1:1 conversation where I was asked a few questions related to the topic of the position.

After that, the process shifted into a week-long set of tasks rather than staying purely conversational.

Over the course of a week, I had to complete three Linux/programming exercises that were assigned by the interviewer. What made it feel concrete was that it wasn’t only about explaining my background—it turned into an assessed work sample.

The timing was quick after that stage. I received an email offer the next week, and I felt like the exercises were the main signal in the process.
