I went through an interview process that stretched about three weeks and ended up with three separate conversations.

The first technical round was with a senior person on the team and it felt friendly and straightforward. After that, I met the director of IFS for a second interview, and the last step was an HR interview.

Even though I felt like I performed well across all three, I didn’t get an offer at the end. What stayed with me most was how the process felt structured and “complete” with three distinct perspectives, yet the final decision still didn’t go my way.
