IFS Software Engineer interview experience

After applying through LinkedIn, HR reached out about two weeks later for a short screening call. It lasted maybe 5–10 minutes, and we kept it focused on my experience, salary expectations, and notice period, plus a few clarifying details.

A few days afterward, I was shortlisted and scheduled for a first interview that ran about an hour. It was heavily centered on my past experiences, but it mixed in direct technical questions with situational prompts. When that finished, I got another one-hour interview within a week—this time with the Business Operations Manager and Reporting Manager.
