The recruitment process felt organized and respectful, with interview scheduling that varied in pattern and timing.

I appreciated that they treated each step professionally and kept the experience moving without feeling dismissive.

They also mentioned that they’d changed their process: it started with a screening-style step, then moved into a technical test where I worked through an algorithm in a development environment, and then there was a more comprehensive technical interview after that. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the way the stages connected felt like it was designed to evaluate both fundamentals and deeper engineering thinking.
