I ended up doing a process that split into two rounds.

The first part was mostly about getting to know IFS and then completing tests that measured both technical ability and personality. Those tests were sent to me after the initial introduction, and they set the tone for what came next.

Then I had a second interview that was HR-based. That round felt more comfortable to talk through, and each stage had only one interviewer on the panel, which made the conversations feel more direct. The overall experience felt organized and professional, even though it didn’t lead to an offer.
