IFS Solutions Engineer interview experience

I went through four rounds in a single week—starting with a recruiter call, then moving through team-level conversations and up to an associate CTO discussion. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and the feedback after each round felt genuinely positive, so by the time I finished the last conversation I was already hopeful.

Still, I never heard back afterward. I followed up and was told that next steps would be shared, but then everything went quiet. Looking back, the hardest part wasn’t the interview difficulty—it was the silence after getting strong signals during all four rounds.
