Denver, COPosted Jul 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got contacted online and then did a phone interview with a hiring manager.

At the end, the recruiter told me it went well, but after that the communication basically disappeared. I kept reaching out over the next month, and the recruiter kept giving excuses that the hiring manager wasn’t available because of meetings and other situations.

Eventually I realized I wasn’t getting a real update—I was being stalled. That experience genuinely felt unprofessional and it left a bad taste, especially because I’d been expecting at least a clear next step. I never heard anything after that point and it ended with no offer.
