I started with an interview with the recruiter, and then I spoke with three managers.

Everyone I met was really warm and friendly, which made the overall vibe feel comfortable rather than intimidating.

The language aspect was also noticeable—the interview was split, with part of it in Spanish and part in English. The questions themselves were pretty typical for an interview, covering the usual ground about my background and experience.

It felt easy overall, and the friendly tone made the process seem smoother than I expected. I didn’t receive an offer, but I honestly didn’t feel like it was because I wasn’t able to communicate well—more that the process ended without me
