London, EnglandPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview was in the UK, and it surprised me by how conversational it felt.

The whole thing was interactive—more like a friendly back-and-forth about my experiences than a rigid Q&A.

Hiring managers also briefly shared their own experience, which made it feel two-way rather than a one-sided interrogation. It wasn’t long, but it felt like I got a real sense of how they worked and what they cared about during the discussion. I left it feeling like the process was more of a conversation than a test, even though the outcome didn’t end with an offer.
