The process I experienced was very straightforward: it was described as only a single interview.

I was asked situational and scenario-style questions, and the whole thing felt like they were checking how I’d handle realistic job moments.

The timeline moved quickly after the interview—an offer letter came within a few days. Compared to longer, multi-round processes, it felt efficient and low-drama, and the questions themselves stayed centered on how I would respond rather than getting lost in niche topics.
