My first step was an online interview that used a set format: about eight questions total, with only one requiring a video response.

There wasn’t a time limit while answering, which made it feel less stressful up front.

What threw me off a bit was the rigidity around revising anything. I wasn’t allowed to rerecord my video response, and once I submitted my written answers, I couldn’t change them. So even if I wanted to refine my wording, I couldn’t.

It came across as an easy process overall—clear expectations, but strict on editing. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, and the main reflection I had was that the structure favored speed and finality over iteration.
